Millions of viewers, including the thousands in Singapore, who watched last night's live telecast of the Birmingham-Arsenal match must have choked in horror at the sickening injury to Arsenal's Brazilian-born striker Eduardo da Silva.

There were just three minutes on the clock at St Andrew's when Birmingham skipper Martin Taylor recklessly caught Eduardo in the worst situation for a footballer - with his leg planted into the ground.

Eduardo fell to the turf in what looked vividly as a career-threatening injury and referee Mike Dean immediately pulled out a red card.
The tackle was late and high and the Arsenal players recoiled in shock after racing to see their stricken team-mate.

As saturday put an urge for me to learn this "Act of Random kindness, once a day", this news came up. I really wanna urge everyone who sees this post to pray for Eduardo, who is only a young kid. Not much older then Derek, our ah fat. Pray for healing and that God will begin to touch Him. I don't care if he is a christian or not. Lets bring him one step closer to God.

ok here is a testimony from Deborah, it has to be translated to be understood =p

Hey, i wrote a card to derek once, saying " I will be faithful". I am working on it!
one afternoon, i was totally lost, sad, depressed and dying. i was also crying. Due to my chinese results. it was like my best subject!

Then i sat down at my table and start praying. For God to guide me, and my life is in His hand right now. and i did my qt, and i learn this. "we cannot be overcomers w/o troubles to overcome." Being true to God in the hard times can teach us to be better people.

The next day i got my chi paper. i scored 33/50, which is realli blessed as alot people failed the test.
God can really do miracles!
I really felt God was so real to me. Qt to me is now sitting down quietly, focusing on God.. so cool.
im having my geo test soon, i know God will bless me and He is with me.

I also included God into my pe lesson today! I had tracks to run so i pray that God will give me strength to run and He did! He ran with me. I din feel v tired at all. Even now as I am writing this, He is so cool, His presence is very strong. Praise God, we can all choose to experience God.

i have a testimony to share. During the camp, one fateful night, i gather the cell group or team 3. i put down a pen and ask them to form a line 5 metres behind it. i went first. what we need to do is to count the costs of following Jesus. once we cross this line, we are nv going to say we backslide or let problems affect us. the problems will instead be solved by God and all of us. all thirteen went to the line, thought for sometime, and crossed over. let me introduce u, the 13 founders of the holy pen line.

U guys said that u wanted to do wad God says u say u want to be committed u say u want to give ur everything up to God. U said all these and now u say: sorry i don't want to come to church anymore. its like wad do u really mean. giving up on God? giving up on this relationship? who gives u the right? who created u ? who was the one who loved u first? who gave u ur everything? who gave u love to love others?
Yes i agree on times i do feel like giving up but heys u still see me in church don't u? cause i want to experience Him i want to ask Him what i am going to through. and why he implanted all these things. yes and saturdays to me are important. fellowship and of course seeking God. its He i now put in my center of my life. i know everybody has a weakness. like me i cannot control my emotions but now. i hope i am better. i use versus to wake myself up and get going on this relationship.

if u say WHY GOD U DON'T SPEAK TO ME x(. ask urself this, have u even ever seek Him first? have u ever do ur quiet time? do u listen during sermon? do u want and expect a word from Him? or ur thinking is: God i want to seek and and experience u then ur actions: play and talk during sermon. quiet time , u give excuses not to do. is this the right attitude? does ur conscience prick on u ?

I was thinking about how great is the Lord that we are here together as
ZEALOT2!!!
Its happy seeing people coming to church regularly and praising GOD together and growing together the feeling is SOOO nice larhx x))
yuppx. If without GOD, i think i cannot be even here posting and HE is so great!!!
I use to think that zealot2 eee not nice larhx why not spent time home? why go to church? why waste my time?
But i have got over this thought, i just want to come into HIS place P&W HIM for the joy in my heart that he saved me x))and fellowship. maybe some of the people have thought about this too that cell group is not fun at all.
I used to... hahas x)) but just like derek said: if u are not making the game fun how will it be fun?" I used to think like wad crap is he talking about. but now i myself have tried x)) yupps

this is some words i haf in my mind.. wanna share wif u all.

If we wanna count members, we haf 24 currently. If we wanna count disciples of Jesus, do we even haf half? I doubt so for now. Alot of you all have been living lives as wat we call, saturday-Christians! on sat, u come to church, praise God, worship God, pray. listen to service. possibly the most holy day of ur week! but once the weekdays starts, qt not done.. bad attitude and behaviour in sch.. lost the desire to come church..

all these has gotta change! imagine urself looking upon God now, u wanna tell Him u din go church juz becuz u dun wan to? u wanna tell Him u din do ur qt cuz u were tired? lazy?

people, let's wake up! God do not mind our past. He seeks for our present and our attitude.
this is my heartfelt message to all. If you have been faithful and committed, good for u! If you have not.. then it's time to make a 180 degrees turn and go back to God.

God speaks thru angels(Genesis 16), visions(Genesis 15), dreams(Genesis 28:10-19), a gentle whisper(1 Kings 19:12), miraculous signs(Exodus 8:20-25), and many more!
However, we nid to be more interested in what He says den how He says!

1.) When God speaks, it is unique to that individual.
2.) When God speaks, the person was sure God is the one speaking.
3.) When God speaks, the person will noe what God has said.

The wrong ways to recognise God's voice......
1.) using formula >.<
2.) looking for a miraculous sign.
-looking for signs is a form of dis-belief.
3.) nt juz becuz God open the door or give u an opportunity to do it means He wants u to do it! NCC cadets handle the M-16. means God wan them to shoot at ppl? NO! lols.. simple rite =p

you gotta be ready for God to speak to u all the time! the key is a love relationship. God speaks thru bible, prayer, circumstances and the church!

1.) God speaks to us thru the bible.
Jesus said in the word of God, He found life.
2Tim 3:16-17
-Without the Holy Spirit, the bible is juz a collection of old stories.
1Cor 2:11-13
The Holy Spirit reveals truths in the bible.
1Cor 2:14-15
-a person cannot understand spiritual truths unless the Holy Spirit reveals it!

5 things that should happen.

1.) you read the bible. simplest step.
2.) Holy Spirit take the word and reveals the truth. cool.
3.) you adjust your life to the truth of God.. <----Altar call.
Moses paid a high price for arguing wif God.
This is what happen.
"Moses said he cant speak well, so God gave him aaron to speak for him. Aaron did helped him, but oso misled the ppl into idol worship.. wat a high price to pay!"

4.) you obey Him. <-- easy to understand, hard to apply ah? haha =p
5.) God works in you and thru you to acomplish His purposes.
prayers is two-way communication.
for mani of us it is one way.. juz we talking!!!
but.. What God says is actually more impt den what u say!
prayer is designed to adjust ur life to God, not move God's power!

When u pray, look for it to be answered immediately!
